Here she is, awaiting paint.

[Linked Image]

EDGE Winchester Classic inletted for RH M70 Winchester LA, factory 1-piece floorplate, #5 Douglas barrel channel, Decelerator at 13.25, to be painted charcoal gray with black webbing, blued studs.

She was ordered 12/22 and invoiced by McMillan 4/27, then shipped to me.

It will be painted Friday, and should be in your hands by the end of next week.

Should I post an after pic?

Rick

avagadro;

You gotta dig that one up for me....

Thread ran from 7/30 to 9/1 ...... 8498 views and 1226 replies .... and all that from about 2500-3000 members!!! Unlike the 11,000 + now.

https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads...page=289#179798

BTW .... I brought BTT in the free classifieds

Oh, Jeez . I just had to look...and out of all the pages on that thread, I clicked on page 20.....just to find the nude dude named Moosie with a cooking pan over his noodle......

BTW- glad to see everything worked out....

Hey guys,

Have you guys seen the nice pictures of dead stuff on my "Arizona and Sonora Hunts Available" post under the general hunting thread?
Some nice pics to look at.

A pic is not needed for me, but go ahead for promoting your talents because there will be no more pics after it leaves your house as I am without a digital camera.

This is the funniest strand I have ever read. Not only did we wind up right back where we started with Rick making things right (was there ever any doubt?) but we got several of the funniest "stickisms" that I have ever read. I haven't laughed this much in a long time.

I think I mentioned in passing, that I've never had a single issue. Should issue occur,I'd not sweat the outcome.

Dealing in known quantities,is an inherent safety net and such things soothe my senses...........................

How the hell did I miss this?

Not sure who I feel more sorry for; Chuck for the run-around with the stock and a possible need for medication; Rick for taking cyber jabs; or H.G.'s significant other because she's apparently never taken a stroll down the feminine hygiene isle..... :

So you're barking purely as a fan (your term), and don't have the slightest clue as to dealing with these guys' give a crap attitude? Correct? The way you've taken over the thread, I assumed you an expert in such matters.

Is there something you don't know everything about, or am I missing something?

Getting screwed over a stock.....painful. Listening to you spout nonesense.......priceless.

Sweet...didn't reckon you soooooooo emotional. BONUS Round!

Have I bought a McMillan stock,that I've ordered? Yes.

From Kelly and crew direct? Yes.

From Rick Bin? Yes.

From John baier? Yes.

from Private parties? Yes.

How many? 50-ish.

Have I suffered any malady, within those transactions? Never.

I don't know much about the Canadian Special Olympics, but with your reading comprehension, astute prowess, people skills,wrong-handedness and Drama Queen antics, reckon you'd rate a try out as a minimum. Gotta be an opening for a babbling idiot, beneath the Bacon Flag's crew of Special individuals.

I admit,I've seen me go and rate the inside scoop there. Legend? Mebbe not quite, but I reckon there's songs,a book and mebbe a Movie warranted.

The first time I don't make sense, you just shout,I'll leadja to water.

Hell,I can even put water in the milk jugs.........................

I've had two with the wrong LOP. I threw them a curve ball both times, 13-1/4". Guess some of those Mexican McMillans can't read English.

I can sense Chuck's frustrations, been there with McMillan myself. As for your 50ish flawless stocks, I find that hard to believe Stick. C'mon now!

I know a certain 'smith who specifically orders McMillans for his customers without inletting, studs, and pads. Guess why?

I've sent plenty of McMillans back for screwups, I would wager they could not get it right on about 40% of the stock orders I've placed. Guess I'm an idjut at making luck................

LOL....boy, I sure gotta take some hard hits from you boyz.....sometimes I wonder what makes me such a glutten for punishment .....but there is no dismissing the fun to be had on this site....even off the smart azzes, and at my expense....lol...a sense of humor is paramount on this site....

BTW, if my coochie needed any special attention/hygiene, I'd tend to her. Guess I am just lucky that way ...

Now, GREATWaputi, hush....pass the popcorn and "let the men talk" ....things just got a tad more interesting.....
