Really, the bottom line remains. These guys don't care about me, you, or anyone else. They have more important things to worry about. They'll say what they can to apease you in the moment, and nothing more.
McMillan makes an awsome stock, and I want to believe they're good people, but I'm sour and will be for a while.

The funny thing about chit weasels that just like to cause grief to a guy trying to make a decent living is that they overlook the fact that there are a lot of guys out there who after seeing this will now put Rick at the top of the order from list. Pretty difficult to get better customer service than what Rick has offered.
