Yup this one was a tuffy. Pick up phone. Call Rick. Ask for what you want. Case closed. Whew. That was difficult.

Wow, I reckon I missed something somewhere! I thought phone calls were made. I was even under the impression that the stock had even been sent back a time or two!

What I don't understand is how in the world did this soap opera get this far?
It seems that Rick is, and therefore I have to believe was, willing to "step up to the pump" and do what is required to make a customer happy.
It almost seems as if by having so many involved, in a hands on way, in trying to resolve the problem, it actually made it worse. That's no excuse for the chity work that was done on the stock, or the fact that some of those problems being so evident, made it out of the shop, but by having the folks at McMillan, and Rick working from opposite ends, and not knowing what the other was telling Chuck, it easily could have been a factor in this ordeal.

For those of you that claim that you could go through this ordeal, just as Chuck laid it out, (Forget it involves McMillan or Rick for a minute), and still have the attitude of "Oh well, chit happens", and would still be willing to continue contacting this company, being friendly, and willing to give them unlimited time to fix the problems, all the while with a smile on your face and a song in your heart...............I'm not sure if I admire that attitude or want the name of the drugs you're evidently taking!

It's safe to say that I would be WAY beyond just being an unhappy camper.

I'm not saying it was an issue in this situation, but I don't deal well with others incompetence, particularly when it directly affects me or my family. But that's just me.

Sounds like the BS is running together. Remind me not to take financial advice from a guy that is clueless about his GPA.
