My dad is thinking about paying both of our ways on this trip if there is room. IF there is space available for us, and If he can and does, and I bring that 416 Rigby again, (I know, several if's there) would you actually hunt with it and try to use it on a piggie?
If you just pull the gun to your shoulder and fire without crawling up on the stock, it won't bite you, and we could take the scope off and let you use the express sights. They do hit to point of aim.
I would drop down a notch and 'slum' with my puny little 340 Tyrannosaur
I just hope that a 225gr TTSX started at 3100fps doesn't bounce off..... If it does I might have to follow up with my cold steel Assegai spear
