i live in this hell hole and am MORE than ECSTATIC to see free states getting involved. By the way the star ledger is a liberal rag that no sane person reads, they have these " editorials" all the time so noone has to put their name on this garbage. And as everyone has said alot of people in Nj fell the same way, GFY NJ!

Wondering how long it will be to get the >=1986 machinegun ban to the Supreme Court to see if it's legal.
I think we already lost that one with the Heller decision and the Miller decision on the NFA. Full Auto is thrown to the wolves with Scalia's quoting of Miller:
when called for [militia] service [able-bodied] men were
expected to appear bearing arms supplied by themselves
and of the kind in common use at the time.�
With the Miller precedent it seems Full Auto is pretty much a lost cause for us at SCOTUS.
