Congrats Ken. But i will never understand people's urge to run for fun For some of us, it isn't really "fun", we just have an "urge" to not be a lard-azz. There is however, a feeling of accomplishment to be able to go out and run four or five miles, and be no worse for wear, just like there is when you load your body weight on a barbell and lift it off of the floor and put it over your head.

Congrats Ken. But i will never understand people's urge to run for fun I ran numerous 5k's, 10k's, half marathons, 20 marathons and 1 ultra marathon [over 20 years] before my "urge" to run significantly decreased. Our joints only have so many miles on them  ..some people are born to run.
