They're extremely gentle, love being around people, have a very laid-back disposition and you never have to worry about them being a trip hazard ( ). As an added bonus, the average Lab will have a higher food bill than a Newfie because Labs are much more energetic/active.

Very quickly turned into a great upland hunter. Was pointing, flushing and retrieving at the age of 10 months like a pro. She's going on 10 years old now and is slowing down but still smart as a whip. Almost human like. She's my best buddy and I would want another just like her if I could get that lucky.
