Just when I thought you were one that wasn't, you have to go and prove you will will be....
Anyway the welcome mat is out. Have to trot out and lime up the one holer. It gets a little rank for most guests in the summer.

Yesterday was "stay anabolic" day...so I just ate a lot.
Today:
Snatches...1 min rest between sets
Deadlift...2 min rest between sets
Front squat...in circuit
Static Abs...in circuit
Bar Shrugs...in circuit

Don't use too much lime, you'll need to hold as much volume as possible in reserve......

Don't come down here thinking you can just slosh your schlitz all over the place and overflow one of the nicest one-holers in the country. Aint gonna happen, you can't control your schlitz and M&M's you need to find help�..
30 minutes on the treadmill at work. Now I'm so burned up I'm going to have to get rid of it with 30 minutes on the Concept2.

This completes my once a year workout that includes curls. At least 12 months before I'll do them again.

Should have stayed home. The better 3-2 game was the Pitates vs the Mets. Some crazy base running and the Bucs won in extra innings. Three bratwurst, a kielbasa, and a pound of sauerkraut. Throw some Schlitz on top of that and you would be in the ER for dehydration.
