No, his "classical" persona was merged with his banned and locked "oldman1942" persona. That's what Rick and/or the Moderators have been doing with his numerous screen names he continues to generate.
That way one can still see Larry's asinine posts. Makes it easy to refer others to Larry's past douchbaggery as you can refer them to three accounts (oldman1942, bosslady, interthem) instead of 75+ accounts.
