OP shrapnel Campfire Ranger Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 24,568 Likes: 1 Bozeman, MT	This box is custom made for Sharps rifles. It will hold 2 rifles completely motionless in leather padded rests. There are provisions made for 2 cleaning rods in the top of the rifle locks. There is a compartment under the barrel for accoutrements and ammo. The construction of the box is excellent with detail to every aspect of the build. The corners are dovetailed, the top has a lip all the way around making a tight and solid closing lid. It is 54 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide and 11 1/2 inches deep. It will accommodate two full sized Sharps rifles of 53 inches overall length. These list for about $600.00.
