USA made products... that's another one I am struggling with. Looking for a over under... considering a browning citori 725 at $2200 made in Japan or finding a new ruger redlabel for about $1100 and made in the USA.
Smart money goes for the browning for resale and reputation, but it hard to turn down a decent USA product with similar features for half the money....

You guys are surprising me for more support on the 77/22 over the CZ. I've heard good things about CZ's and need to look at one.

Other than that, How was the show Mrs. Lincoln?

If you've 'heard' good things, consider one of their turkey shotguns. save money over the ruger and browning....

I really like the Rugers, but they are a little heavy, and need some trigger work. They have also gotten very expensive.

The CZs will likely shoot a little better on average, are lighter, and cheaper. The 452s and 453s are somewhat more desireable, in my opinion, but the 455s are still good guns.

My current .22 is a 453, and it shoots very well and looks good. If I decide to by another .22 rifle, however, I may well get one of the stainless walnut stocked Rugers, just because I think the action is just a great design, rugged, and has the best .22 magazine ever created.

I own 3 CZ's two 452 and one 455.. I have had a couple 77/22's and I still own the CZ's.. I have found in my case the CZ's shoot well. The rugers didn't and they went down the road..
Check out Rimfire Central .com.. A lot of good people and they know there rimfires!!!
