We had a Training Facility over near Diamond Point on the Westside of Discovery Bay. They had contracts to train Military Special Forces Units, Law Enforcement Units, and National Security Forces counter terrorism tactics. We had an Ex Los Angles Cop living in the housing development next to some of our properties. He basically raised such a stink about noise pollution from the Training Facility, which was five miles away as the crow flyes, that he caused them to close down.
