Well done.

Had a flu shot four days ago and as usual I reacted with some miserable cold symptoms. They say it is a dead virus and it shouldn't happen. Don't be surprised if it does.

Just finished up a light circuit x 5.
Rower: 30minutes last night when I started to feel better.

Yesterday: Light circuit

Today: Quick hour with the BP

Cardio today for me. Already getting ready for next year.....

Don't slack off....










Just added 30minutes on the rower...

Lower body yesterday, going to do upper body today. Shoulder surgery scheduled for December 2nd, hopefully won't need the full rotator cuff repair.

I got 225 for 5 on front squats yesterday which was a PR for me. I got 235 for 3 a couple months ago. Goal is 275 by end of year.

My goal is an AK mountain backpack hunt next year.....

Then while you are under get the full tune-up; both shoulders and knees brought up to inspection requirements. Hips optional, depending on mileage.

Good luck with it. Hopefully you'll end up with 3 little scars instead of 1 large scar.

Mine was done December 5th, 2012. I knew I had to do something when I couldn't put my pickup in park, open doors or shoulder my rifle.

Thanks, I'm hoping to avoid the "one big scar," not for cosmetic reasons, but for what comes after.
