Bought in 2000 or so for $109, inflation hasn't been good to boot prices. Put 3 sets of heels on them and the main sole was still good. The leather in the foot finally disentegrated. My all time favorite pair of boots that is no longer made.

The White's were hell to break in and double H break in the day you put them on. I agree, that sole is tougher than any other I have worn. But be ware. I saw Double H boots made in China about a month ago. The first time I shot myself in the head... Meniere's Sucks Big Time!!!
