But then, I found this darling in a gun library at a Cabela's and offered it to my buddy for a gun to carry while we were in the Bighorns hunting Elk, but he declined it, so I brought it home. 625-6 Mountain Gun in .45 Colt that someone has had a competent gunsmith perform an action/trigger job on that is out of this world smooth! By far my favorite wheelgun now in the entire world.....will be the last gun I let go of...... ~Molɔ̀ːn Labé Skýla~

mart Campfire Tracker M Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 5,848 Likes: 8 Craigmont, Idaho	I too, replaced the rubber grips on mine in favor of the original style wood grips. I like it a lot. The holster is a Simply Rugged. Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

We worked out deal and I was able to bring it home. I saw pictures of one that someone chopped the barrel on to make a snubbie out of, and my buddy Evil Twin owns one as well. so that only leaves 1,997 left in the world that might be available!
