There are many reasons as to why Wilson is a supreme leader but as seen in today's game he was on the sidelines trying to rally the troops when we were down. On the other hand you could see Krapshit and his body language seem deflated once they were down. This my friends is the difference between a leader and someone that is not. Colon will NEVER carry a team on his back like Russell.
Thank the Lord we have him as our QB for the foreseeable future.
Jed York does not own the 49ers; Russell Wilson does.

There's still that matter of a hefty contract to get done, and then what you have left of a cap to deal with in building the rest of the team. Yes, he'll sign with Seattle, but it's going to be a large (well-deserved) contract.

Sanchize was a poor choice for an NFL QB from the get go. That hasn't changed. The guy was a 1st round pick, and won a national championship! I think the Jets just mentally ruined him. The skill set is still there though.

Does he have a contract yet? He still has a remaining year on his rookie contract right? What would he get from SEA? 20M?

Franchise QB's on average take up 12-15% of salary cap. Were in good shape with our salary cap next year. All of our core defensive studs were all signed and extended for years to come. We will have to sign our young stud ILB Wagner, him and Kuchely are the two best ILB in the NFL.

Vince Young, anyone?

Sanchez would be a good back-up QB. But he's certainly not in the same league with Nick Foles. Like Andrew Luck, Foles is one of the best High School QB's to come out of TX in a long time. He also broke all of Drew Brees HS records. They both won State Championships with Austin WestLake HS.

I don't disagree with how he'll structure the contract, but don't come off like you have a clue about the guy. I watched him play when he was at NC State, then Wisconsin, and knew of his games at Collegiate in Richmond, VA. He's been extremely good and extremely smart for many years. He's got this figured out. Just don't come off like a total homer stating you "know" him. You don't.

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Russel Wilson needs to decide if he's a qtr back or a running back. One day he's going to get his bell rung or worse get hurt.

Nick Foles had one freakishly good year. This year he was not very good, before the injury. Bottom line is I think the Eagles still need a stud QB.

Ryan Leaf. That he was considered as good or better of a prospect than Peyton Manning should have cost a lot of people their jobs as scouts and analysts.
