I finally got them to admit they delivered the pkg to the wrong address and they cant find it. FedEx cost me a weeks vacation, $800 dollars of non-refundable cost, and the purchase price of the harness. FedEx sucks as far as I'm concerned. True to my word I wanted to update everyone on the outcome. As of this morning FedEx has accepted responsibility for the damage and cut a check on 12/23.
