And at my age, I'll take getting lucky whenever it finds it's way to me. This one came to me by way of yet another member here.

I picked up a nice 1920, early rifle AND in .300 Sav. Not very often seen.

AND.I was able to pick up and ALMOST as new condition "F" in 250 Sav. Also, Bought it from one of the members here.

The 1920 isn't "top notch". It has 2 holes drilled and tapped in the front receiver ring, but the rarity of the rifle in that caliber negates that as far as I'm concerned. And tomorrow, I'll start machining up the parts I need to complete the #54.

Nice additions to the Family LBK! Not Luck I'm sure. What is the "early" 1920 designation? And I figured 300's were the more common chambering in 1920's.

BOTH VERY NICE, THE F is a SCREAMER and the 1920 is Well worth it.


I pretty Sure That the Slide and Such from the Older LYMAN 56's
Will Work on a 54..

Honestly i don't think that K was ever Fired other than factory, still had some cosmoline in bore and receiver and bore looks like it. . I would be afraid of taking it out in the woods eek. My Luck i'd either get blood on it or drop it,
