Fry up a few slices of bacon. Set it on a plate. Slice up some cabbage and one onion. Fry that in the bacon grease for about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of cabbage. Enjoy whelennut

I have done just that, and fairly recently. I also like to fry up some cabbage and onion with a can of Corned Beef.

I like to fry it in butter with salt and heavy on the cracked black pepper. Also, sauted in oil with a touch of hot chile sesame oil, with or without a very small splash of vinegar, preferably rice wine.
