no worries, I meant Dan's offset rings, if he decides he does not need them. There was a .220 Swift in San Angelo 20+ years ago that was jaw-dropping. I looked at it 3-4 times, didn't have the money. Finally walked in there with the money, and it was gone. I keep hoping it will turn up again some day. Along with a Field's Patent single shot

Makes sense. Kind of down to the wire like when you decided to run the Bisley on a previous hog hunt. A tradition now?  I guess thats how it's been working out!

I shot 125 grain partitions out of Mrs. Tide's Tikka last fall. It worked out very well.

I had good luck with 41 grains of Varget. Remington brass and CCI BR2 primers.

As a sidenote, I have about half a box of Norma 156 grain Oryx, and a full box of the discontinued Sierra 160 grain SMP's. One of these days I am going to get around to doing a bit of experimentation with the heavies...
Been keeping the 156 grainers in case I miraculously draw an Elk tag here in KY.
