Those things are pretty hot and I love their flavor. I'm surprised I don't see products made with them.

i used to love to eat hot food now i still enjoy ocassionally
I remember one time eating some very hot wings and then later fooling around with girlfriend and she was mad as heck it burned her too

there is a hot sauce called the da bomb used to be awesome it tasted great then 15 seconds later ignited in your mouth.I bought a bottle about a year ago and now has a chemical taste to it not the same at all and he tested new bottle to an old bottle and very different wish they never changed it i loved using it in chili

I grew up with Cayennes on the table every meal. Fresh in season and canned after that.
Can't find 'em in stores so I buy Serranos fresh as next best. And A REAL GOOD FRIEND keeps me in canned Cayennes.
Also... the little chile pequines that grow wild in S Tx and the Hill Country are really good canned.

I have always liked the explain action that taste buds are like dry grass and When you keep them burnt back the heat and flame doesn't bother you.
I like most of my meals with spice and the wild little bird peppers and Thai chilis are my favorite.
