I cruised Amazon and bought a new Thermacell for the trip, a new shirt from Cabelas, and 400 plastic worms ( for another trip later....)
Also this is one of three trips to tejas for me this year, so I bought a season license....on line.

Ok you convinced me. All my info was already in the TX system as I purchased licences previously. I talked to a young lady at TX parks and wildlife and she said it should arrive in time but it didn't matter since it's just a licence and no tag is involved just print out the confirmation page with your number on it after you complete the transaction and you only need that. On Facebook my niece posted pics of an upscale kitchen and bathroom (she sells upscale houses) and 30-40 of her friends chime in and praise the beauty and elegance of the decor. So I suggest the colors are a bit too cool and sterile... ...I have not yet worked up the nerve to go back and see what they said.

I would like to as it is just a thirty minute drive from home but would likely get shot given that, having not been home since Christmas, I am spending four of my sixteen days home off with you guys. Wife and son are more that happy with the hunt but much more, ouch.
