Did upper body today. There were several nymphs trying to keep from staring, but they couldn't help themselves.

6 mile "easy" run....kept it to about a 7:45 average.

Followed with chest day:
Pushups: 2 sets of 50
Bench: 3 sets (12-15)
Incline Bench: as above
Reverse Grip Incline: Dito
Fly: see a trend?
Incline fly: still 12-15
Finished with pushups to failure.

Hit a long time goal today of a 400+ lb back squat and a 2 body weight back squat, which at my 199 lb body weight match up pretty close!

So that's why you wear that wool beanie cap. Next will be a Smokepole tat.

Did lower body and core yesterday. Got a twinge (a little less than a tweak) in the knee, need to dial back a little on the squat press machines.

Walking stairs or steep hills? Any advantage of one over the other with regard to joint stress. I've developed prepatellar bursitis on my right knee. No pain, loss of strength or range of motion. Can't really pinpoint the cause. Had it drained once and it came back. I'm ready to start exercising again.

Stairs would cause less stress, since they're flat and level.

Did a bike fitness test this morning. Power is close to pre-cancer levels. Took my oldest son trap shooting then hit the creeks trout fishing. Good day all around.

Yesterday's workout was 6 steady (7:30) miles followed by shoulders/core.

Early AM was that bitch Barbara!

Lack of any sleep and lacrosse with the boy is ruling out anything this afternoon but a walk up the mountain.
