McCain and the NRA supported universal checks, so over all not bad other than democrats shouldn't be doing it.

personally I hope some of these bimbos and politicians experience break ins in their homes and have to deal with an armed criminal that they wish they had a firearm to defend themselves.... A lot of them DO have guns. Anti-gun laws are for the proletariat, not the elite. ^THIS^ Gun control is about control.

Since the Democrats now have a super majority in the Senate this will pass on a party line vote on Tuesday. There might still be a chance to stop it in the house. If it does pass it will only be enforced in the big urban counties. Many will not comply.
