While he has been exposed here, just think of all the people (especially the old) that safariman has [bleep] over that never realized it or simply gave up trying to pursue the issue because the shady bastard managed to give them the slip...

UPDATE: talk to my friend that's a trustee and showed him this post of the rifle he's trying to sell. The trustee that handling Marks BR would have mad him sell if off to help pay crediters. Said if he was Mark trustee that he would revoke his discrarge and go after him with fraud.

Wouldn't be surprised in the least if someone he has screwed over at one time or another contacts their trustee and tips him off regarding the rifle he has listed for sale in this thread. Having been 'had' once no doubt the trustee wouldn't stop with the rifle but also commence to digging much, much deeper searching for evidence of any other undeclared nonexempt assets, still in his/her possession or sold off over the past several months since their bankruptcy.
