I managed to whip out a pair of rib rack trays for my bbq cooker. I scrounged around and found some stuff that wasn't being used, turned it into a couple of rib rack trays. A little cutting, bending, grinding, welding and then a quick spray in the media blast cabinet (the mesh was rusty) Voila! 6 racks per tray. Now I be a big batch rib cooker on my little 3' x 2' grill surface. Something clever here.

srwshooter Campfire Outfitter Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 9,587 Likes: 1 grottoes ,virginia,usa	i like chicken most any way you fix it.fried,baked,crockpot,grilled and yes i've eatin chicken in the morning before. a few weeks ago we were having a yard sale when a friend stopped by at about 8am. he had been up cooking bbq'd chicken halves all night to sell at a local event. he had 1150 chicken halves in huge coolers steaming hot on his truck. i couldn't stand it i had to eat one of them right then.what a good breakfast.
