if you start banning people because you don't like them or their manner then this forum is history. I was thinking it would be for the crooked activity, and to perhaps help others to avoid the scams so well illustrated.

This has got to be the most (or one of the most) incredible threads on all my years here. Simply amazing at the level of skullduggery, dishonesty and downright criminal activity by this man, that EVEN if 10% of it were true, it would still be the same. And to think I almost did business with him at one time...

I wouldn't blame those who supported him.
A confidence man screws people over by winning their trust and playing on their desire to help others. Safariman is good at what he does. That's not excusing him or his actions, just saying that he's a skilled con man.
I was approached by him once and it was only by a fortuitous coincidence that I did not get taken. But I think he got what he wanted from the person I did deal with, again by playing on someone's good nature for his own selfish purpose.
If one believes in Hell Safariman surely has a special reservation to the lowest level.
