Lexus is a Toyota product line, built in its own small factories, almost totally by robotics. The early 300 ES models shared the Camry platform. Some of the recent entry-level Lexus models shared the styling with the Toyota Avalon, but were totally different cars (rear wheel drive, bigger engine, etc).
Lexus today has 6 factories. I developed some machinery for the Tahara plant (LS 430).
The RX 330 SUV is produced at a new plant in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
Tasco Titan was built by the Japanese contract manufacturer, Hakko Optic, which builds high-end microscopes and cameras and other things for brands like Nikon.
