Not expanding when only .22 caliber isn't always a bad thing. Rounds this small and slow kill by penetration and expansion dramatically reduces penetration. My favorite round is the original...the Winchester SUPER-X 40 grain JHP. They mushroom from a rifle and just usually drill holes from a handgun... The reason I'm carrying the HP in the 51 is it is mainly for four legged critters and would like a little expansion with them and they are also about 100 fps faster than the SUPER-X...
