I will throwout there is a difference in my 243 with 95 gr bullets and my 6.5 Creedmoor. Creedmoor is similar to 6.5 Swede. I do not like recoil and find the Creedmoor with 120gr bullets more but very close to 243 recoil. 130 and 140 gr bullets recoil is more but not bad just more. Creedmoor recoil is less than my 7 08 with similar bullets. Probably more due to rifle weight than anything. As others have said can't go above 100/105 bullets with 6mm, but 6.5 can go 100 or lower.
