Many years ago I came across a Savage M1899 .303 that had a barrel threaded for a Maxim Suppressor. It had a knurled end cap and the original box that the supressor came in. If I remember correctly the supressor box was dated 1914.Have any of you gentleman run across anything like this? No, I do not have the rifle due to at the time not having the funds to go thru the BATF papework and buy the rifle at the same time.
