I know you get it just as I do. There is no excuse for bad manors on the rod or anywhere else for that mater.
As stated above in someone's post it is getting a lot harder to find good drivers. I don't have a solution to the problem. It is a tough job and the money is getting poorer and poorer leaving bad drivers who can do nothing else. Seventy hour weeks and almost no home time make the good guys find other work.
