it looks like the culture/political structure is headed hell-bent to the consolidation of pwr with the chief executive.
maybe the external realities is what is changing the dynamics. clearly we the people are getting the stuff we don't want, but the voting process is continuing on unimpeded.
maybe the times, they are a-changing.
Concentration of power in the executive and the judiciary... all upside down from the founders point of view.
