Trump didn't do as bad as I feared or as well as I hoped.
He needs gains among college educated white males and women across the board. Can't see that this debate was likely to persuade either group, but just showing up as the "Change Candidate" will keep him from tanking in the polls I think.
Maybe the college educated are at least as smart as me and understand that NYC businessmen don't talk like regular people so you can't expect complete sentences.
