I really don't see how you can beat T 3.

If S S is important I love my T3 SS Lite. I've had it since 2003, killed ALOTTA deer, NO hitches, even STILL using stock rings.

There are cheaper rifles but for accuracy Out of the Box, can't beat Tikka.
