Just buy the gun. If it's for someone else let them pic it up at ffl. If that's not a option to get it from ffl and give or sell it to whoever.
I'm not quick at math or spell very well but this is not a big deal. Whittackers could have most any t3x (on sale btw) to anyone's ffl in a day or 4.
