If he wasnt under the influence why did he not request blood? Your right, its a matter of life and death. I would think that with those kids on your lap you would care if drunks were all over the road. He was pulled for a reason. He was suspected of drinking for a reason. Dont expect us to think for a second that cops want to take the time and effort required to prosses a DUI because he has whiskey flavored chew. and just out of curiosity. has your client ever been stopped for or charged w/ this before? was he leaving a drinking establishment?
