I've seen it in several stores around here, but have never seen any Reloder 16--while handloaders in other states (especially eastern) say they're finding 16.
Damned if I know why some powders are in stores in some areas and not others.
IMR 4350 was one of the first to show up after the powder famine up here in the north. 4350s have been much easier to get than 22 rimfire. Truly a 'go figure' deal.
