I wouldn't scope that rifle unless you got a Lightfoot no drill mount. The only reason mine has the scope is because the rifle was sold to the Malcolm Rifle Telescope Co. and I have a Historian letter to confirm it. Mike, one of our members, makes a scope mount that uses the dove tail for the rear sight and the two tang screws. If you do want to scope it send a message to "lightfoot", Joe.
