Good groups with H4350 but will work up a load with Hunter to see if I can get a bit more velocity. Only heard good things about AMAX out of a fast twist 22-250. Not sure if they are still available but the ELD-M would be nice with BC of .467
I shoot the 75 ELD-M out of my 8 twist 22-250, it makes for a great long range prairie dog load. I use AR-Comp at a little over 3200 fps with it.
That being said, I'd never use that on big game, there are better calibers and bullets for that. If I had to use a 22-250 for something like that I'd be shooting a mono like a TTSX. Yeah, I know a lot here will start howling but I don't see what's so hard about shooting something .25 caliber or bigger for big game. My 6.5x47 Lapua kicks less than my 22-250's so the recoil argument is BS.
