Lyndon Banes Johnson's Great Society and the War on Poverty was not an attempt to help blacks but to put them back into bondage. In the 50's and 60's demoncraps saw the blacks emerging from their poverty and becoming mainstream and would not tolerate that so they hooked the blacks on welfare and destroyed their family structures by the requirements of the welfare. I'm sure many R's were equally complicit. That is why it never worked. It wasn't meant to.
Oh, it worked alright..............it's given us the black dependency on .gov & the freedom & power to destroy the country.
