Alliant's data for a number of cartridges indicates it's slower than IMR4350, and mostly about like H4831 or RL-22. But the burn-rate of any powder (along with temperature resistance) depends to a certain extent on the specific cartridge/load.

I have tested the same .260 Remington load with 140-grain AccuBond's at 70 and zero degrees, and the load was 35 fps faster at zero, which may or may not mean anything. POI was the same. So far that's my only formal temp-test.
