I tried that Treo at the store and it felt tippy.

Compared to other chairs, it has the smallest footprint/area in contact with the ground while at the same time it is taller. Small base + tall = tippy.

Also, the folding plastic legs that carry all your weight are held in place by three pins in contact with (I assume) plastic - dunno if there is a metal sleeve in there. I think it is a neat design but not an optimal one.
