This guy is acting like I am trying to sell him a bomb or something. Okay, it is his property but, this is a $500 sale.

If I sell a firearm, I will accept cash or money order or cashiers check. You can mail it to me and I'll mail you the firearm no problem. And I will send you a sidearm through third-party carrier.
