Yondering, When I first got mine... my wife ran a cylinder full of factory loads (Hornady 200 gr. I think) off of shooting sticks. Her comment, "Not bad...I thought it would be a lot worse"! Of course she's hunted with a .338 WM since the mid-'90's. I'll have her shoot some "hot-load" 400's, and report back! wink memtb
