I have a Leer topper on my Silverado. Also have the Bedrug in there and it stays really dust/dirt free for the most part. I have the side window on the drivers side that opens up to allow you to reach stuff in the bed. Mine is about 3 years old now and have had zero problems with it. No leak issues so far, besides a tiny bit that sometimes sneaks in around the upper part of the tailgate if there is a lot of wind/rain together.
