I know this is an older topic, but.... Don't walk, but run away from a topper if it doesn't have a swing-out window in the front. Try cleaning between the cab window and topper window. Stupidly I unbolted mine and slid it back to clean the windows until I had an duh moment and noticed the hinge on mine to swing it up.
