I buy Win pre 64 M70s, Rem700s, 98 Mausers, and Savage 110s.
I put new barrels and stocks on them. Then I shoot a deer with them.

Just to get the M70 action ...$650 would be about right.

In the above 1949 M70 pic, I will throw out the scope, rings, bases, sling, swivels, recoil pad, trigger, and barrel.

I may use that stock.
