If the photo in story is original, and can get authenticated, it may be worth pretty good money.
But, getting the historians that authenticate that stuff to agree and sign on the dotted line that it contains both images of Pat Garrett & BTK will be a task indeed.
I doubt that will happen.
According to the article in the Albuquerque Journal, a facial recognition expert ID'd Billy and someone else (I don't remember the detail) ID'd Garrett by another route.
