Congratulations, it looks like you and the daughter had a great day of it.
As I remember it you said you don't eat trout, but do you ever catch any "eatin" size fish there with the jig?
All the times I have fished for trout I never even thought about using a jig.
Not unlike a large wet fly.
If I get back to trout waters I will have to try them.
